Chemicals Regulation in China
In China, there are two important regulations, which are "Measures on Environmental Administration of New Chemcial Substances (Order No 12)"
and "Regulation on the Control over Safety of Hazardows Chemicals (Decree No. 591).
Based on "Measures on Environmental Administration of New Chemcial Substances (Order No. 12), in-advance notification is required in order to put a new chemical in the Chinese market.

Based on "Regulation on the Control over Safety of Hazardows Chemicals (Decree No. 591) and "Measure for the administration of Hazardows Chemicals Registration (Order No. 53),
hazardows chemicals should be registered.
Proper SDSs and labels are needed for hazardows chemicals. Recently, the list of hazardows chemicals has been updated.

Chemicals Regulation in Korea
In Korea, "Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals" has been enforced, which is closed to European REACH system.
Based on this act, new chemicals should be registered before the new chemcial will be put on the Korean market.
Same to the new chemicals, some existing chemicals should be registerd in three years.
Product containing a certain level of hazardous substance shall be notifid to the authority.
